Shipping Information
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 9:00 PM (CET) are usually processed the same day. During busy periods, processing may take 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Europe, and international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout or on the product page when applicable.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will be shipped on or after the date stated on the product page. Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistical delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges such as import duties, VAT, or handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
DLC Brothers is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid duties.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a suitable solution where applicable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email (if available). Please allow time for the tracking link to update after shipment.
