1. Introduction

Welcome to DLC Brothers.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, https://dlc-brothers.com, and purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order with DLC Brothers, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

DLC Brothers operates an online clothing store specializing in anime-inspired streetwear, including oversized T-shirts and hoodies.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and availability details.

Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, correct errors and discontinue products.

Product availability is subject to stock levels.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

All products must conform to the sales agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation by email.

A purchase agreement is formed when we accept your order, as indicated by our order confirmation or another clear acceptance.

We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure or product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed to consumers in the European Union include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any additional shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply. Where these are not included in the checkout price, this will be communicated before purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices and promotions. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Unless otherwise agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within 30 days after the conclusion of the purchase agreement.

If delivery is delayed, customers retain their rights under applicable consumer law, including the right to request delivery within an appropriate additional period and, where legally justified, terminate the agreement.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with DLC Brothers until the products have been received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers who purchase products online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must inform DLC Brothers of their decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.

After notifying us, customers have a further 14 days to return the products.

Customers may inspect and try on clothing as they would in a physical store.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the product.

For ordinary returns under the right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

We will refund eligible payments in accordance with applicable law. Where required, this includes the original standard delivery costs.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by law.

8. Refunds

Refunds following a valid withdrawal will be processed within 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notification.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.

For partial returns, the original shipping costs may not be refundable.

9. Exchanges

Customers wishing to exchange an item for another size or product should contact DLC Brothers.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Additional shipping costs may apply to voluntary exchanges, unless the product is defective, incorrect or applicable law provides otherwise.

Exchanges do not affect the customer's statutory right of withdrawal or warranty rights.

10. Legal Warranty and Product Conformity

All products sold by DLC Brothers must meet the requirements of the purchase agreement and applicable consumer protection law.

Customers are entitled to receive products that correspond to their descriptions and are of the quality and durability that can reasonably be expected.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

DLC Brothers will cover necessary costs associated with legally justified warranty claims, including relevant return shipping costs.

The statutory warranty is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory warranty rights.

11. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered for pre-order.

Where applicable, estimated availability or shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.

If a significant delay occurs, we will inform affected customers and explain their available options.

The statutory withdrawal period for goods generally begins when the customer receives the products.

Customers retain all applicable consumer rights concerning delayed or cancelled orders.

12. Intellectual Property

The DLC Brothers name, logo, original website content, photographs, product presentation and other materials owned by DLC Brothers are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit materials owned by DLC Brothers without permission, except where permitted by law.

References to anime series, characters or other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms implies ownership of third-party trademarks or copyrights by DLC Brothers.
