Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order item is not yet in stock and will ship on or after the date stated on the product page. Pre-orders are often produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
No. DLC Brothers does not ship worldwide yet. We ship throughout whole Europe.
All the available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Rest of the world: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import charges depending on your country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return, using the original payment method.

Quality & Warranty

Is there a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU consumer law for defects that were present at the time of delivery.

Product & Care

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page. If you prefer a more oversized look or are between sizes, consider sizing up.

How should I wash my items?
To maintain quality and print longevity:
• Wash inside out at 30°C (cold wash)
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron directly on the print

Proper care helps preserve colour, fit, and print quality.
